new student

26 December 2007 was the first day I at UKM. I have to attend the orientation for three days. After two weeks, I started my class. I walked to the class everyday. My class is not only at my faculty but also at other faculty like FSSK and FPI. My class begin early morning at eight o’clock. Sometimes my class only finished at 7pm.


One day, I have a class at FSSK. The class will start at five o’clock. I and my friend have to pray before the class because the class finish at seven o’clock. But I did not know the surau at FSSK. So I and my friend decided to pray at the UKM mosque. When we went to the mosque it was raining. We only have one umbrella. We ran quickly to the mosque.


After I and my friend prayed, it was raining heavily. We cannot go anywhere and waited for a few minutes until its stop. I saw my watch and its ten minutes left to five o’clock. I very worried because I had late to class. Then, we decided to walk even its was raining heavily. Our clothes were wet. To go the FSSK, we need to go the Canselory first. When we arrived at Canselory, we did know how must we go to the FSSK because we need to across the bridge which is had flood. The water in the river was rised.


As a new student, we did’t know much about this building or other way to FSSK and we usually used this bridge to go to the FSSK. Then, we decided to across the bridge although its was raining heavily. We’re late. The lecturer has started his lecture. When we come in to the class, all fiends were looking us. I and my friend was very ashamed because our clothes were very wet. After we sit, my other friend asked us what happened to us and I told to her. She was laughed because there was other way to the FSSK and we do not need to across the bridge. Its only go inside the Canselory and use a lift to the level four and we will arrived at FSSK. Its to easy!



From that day, if I have a class at FSSK, I am going to use the lift at Canselory. The moral value that I have got from that day is, I must asked people when I don’t know.
